YEPLY EXPANDS TO GERMANY SUCCESSFULLY
Growstage has joined Yeply right after they’ve started to build their initial structure in their first target-city, Hamburg. Currently Yeply is operating in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Berlin and Munich with more cities to come. Their bike service offer serves customers and businesses at the same time.

AWARENESS FOR BIKE MAINTENANCE
Research showed that the majority of the target-group invested less on maintenance and took their bikes to the bike shop, when something was broken. Thus, we created different campaigns to increase the awareness for bike maintenance in general. These campaigns created the required base for further marketing activities.
AUTOMATED HYPERLOCAL MARKETING
Yeply operates roughly in 10 locations per city, per week. This increases the challenge of promoting their offer at the right time, the right place, and to the right audience efficiently. Therefore, the whole process of generating hyper-localized ads became automated and has shown incredible results. Every week, customized ads are launched on Facebook and Instagram to target a specific geographical area and interest groups.
CUSTOMER RETENTION AND REFERRAL
Large parts of recurring marketing tasks were automated to decrease the manual workload and increase the retention and referral rate of the customer. The applied infrastructure enabled Yeply to send all customers a „review us“ E-Mail after their bike got serviced. Additionally, a „neighborhood“ E-Mail was sent to inform existing clients in case Yeply is nearby. In order to enhance the referral program, voucher codes were promoted to the customers regularly.
